What is the duration of the Nine Realms tour?
The journey through Viking York typically lasts 90 minutes. We recommend arriving at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to departure to ensure a prompt start to the adventure.
Where is the gathering point for the tour?
All tours congregate outside the Jorvik Centre in Coppergate Shopping centre. Look for your guide wearing Viking clothes and carrying the Nine Realms banner. The tour will finish outside Vallhalla Bar on Patrick Pool.
Are your Viking experiences suitable for children?
Absolutely! We are a family friendly experience, think Horrible Histories with a little innuendo thrown in for the grownups. We also welcome well behaved dogs on all of our tours.
What happens in bad weather?
The Vikings did not fear the rain, and neither do our guides. Tours proceed in all weather conditions unless it is deemed unsafe. We advise all guests to dress appropriately for the unpredictable Northern climate.
How Accessible are our Tours?
